Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, resalable condition, free of damage and use.
  • Return Process: The buyer is responsible for any fees incurred when sending the product back to us. Please ensure the item is carefully packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. You will have 30 days to use the store credit.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Seasonal. sale items, and Candle Crate subscriptions are not eligible for a return or merchandise credit.
  • Damaged or Used Items: If the returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, no store credit will be issued.
  • LH Mercantile reserves the right to deny a return request.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, you must reach out to us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a replacement request. Photos of the damage may be requested to process the replacement.
